No Communication or Resolution

<p>I signed a 2 year contract with Planet Fitness a year ago. I wanted to pay all the fees up front and explicitly told them there must be no charges. The salesman ensured that every charge was included in my initial price. This morning I was debited for an "annual levy". This was not part of the deal I signed. I called their call centre only to be told that I must go to the club in Craighall and deal with the sales manager there. I do not have the time or need for this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Planet Fitness can either refund my debit today or I'll just reverse the transaction using my bank.</p>
