No communication and Horrible customer service

<p>I joined PF in Aug last year while living in Pretoria, I move to the West Coast in February and found out that the nearest PF is a 45min drive from my home. I had already paid a year in advance and wanted to cancel my contract. I requested the cancellation afer numerous atempt to call their customer service line ,which has extremly long waiting periods, the customer rep I eventually spoke to promised to send me a copy of my contract with the amount payable for cancellation. I am still waiting for that email, I have now been informed that my account has been handed over to a lawyer. </p> <p>How is that possible if they have not tried to contact me once nor sent me the information I require to resolve the matter when I contacted them. </p>
