No Childcare and gym equipment is falling apart.

So I go to Planet Fitness this morning for my regular session to discover that there child care is still closed. It has been for 3 weeks yet there is no backup plan for when the current person is on leave at the other person is ill. There was no manager on duty, no reception manager and no assistant manager at 7.30am. I got a shrug of the shoulders.<br> <br> We get debited an extra month for 'maintenance' work to be done on the equipment. Some equipment has been in a sorry state since September 2015. It's so bad that it goes from bad to worse. When you address the issue with a duty manager we get told that it is being attended too.<br> <br> Why am I constantly arriving at gym to have someone look after my child for an hour but then no one is there. Don't offer a service if you can't provide it. You have breached my contract by not doing repairs, charging me for it and not providing a service that you offer.<br> <br> Pathetic.
