No Change - Still Poor service from Planet fitness

Still Poor service from Planet fitness Still Poor service from Planet fitness - they can't find my payment which shows paid on my bank statement , but the finance department doesn't know what they doing and now they want to take a double debit this month and while I am still paying every month, and waiting for them to fix my account I can not gym as according to them my account is in the arrears apparently from October so I really don't know that they only now telling me I can't gym . They are useless.

Thank you for reaching out.  Please be advised that your membership was due a levy fee in December. 
Our records indicate that the levy debit order in  December was not successful.

Please note I have sent full bank from 1 October 2024 - mid January 2025 and the PF Levy and monthly subscription went through payments as follows:
01/10/2024 = R571.12
01/11/2024 = R571.12
30/11/2024 = R571.12
05/12/2024 = R591.12
31/12/2024 = R571.12

You can have a look at the bank statements sent through to Megan at the Brackenfell branch. So update you records becasue I am currently paying every month for something that I can't use. Sort this out today or I will be taking this matter further.

Planet Fitness still haven't sorted out this problem, and as expected they tried to deduct a double premium this month, causing it to bounce this is not just costing me unnecessary money on bank fees but also it is affecting my credit rating and this is all because there are *********** people work at Planet fitness. And part from this I still can't gym so I have thrown R1,142 away on gym fees and without been allowed to gym because they don't know what they doing.
I expect someone to sort this out for once and for all as my next step will be Ombudsman

Once again they tried to take a double premium & they still haven't sent me a statement on my account which request more than a week ago. And my payment I made through a link that they sent still hasn't been sort out, this is really ridiculous
