NO CARE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE/ BIG ***** AND ****S

<p>Two consultants from Planet Fitness rivonia approached me and then ******* me to signing the membership for 24 months which i specifically told them i wanted for 12 Months. When i went in to cancel my memebership they telling me i will be obliged to pay for the remaining months of which where about 21 Months left i told them that i wanted the 12 months contract and mening i will only pay the panalty for 9 Months. they then tell me about the contract i signed WHICH I DO NOT HAVE A COPY OFF. so much for cheating customers where i signed the contract but they never gave me. I ask to see the consultants that signed me on which was Mpho and the club manager whom both have left the company. I begin calling the call centre requesting to speak to the manager whom i was told was very busy and wont call me nor even speak to me after being on the phone with a rude consultant for 1h where she eventually hanged up my phone. I went to twitter to raise my concerns and compliments which was not taken into consideration instead they ignore my messages and tweets and only reply when i tell them i will expose them to hello peter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fast forward i said i wont cancel anymore because it looks like i will be paying for alot of months i tell them that when i signed on i was told i will receive a free pronal trainer for two sessions which i was told that they will call me and they havent called me since December 2016. I did not even receive the gym bag like their said they will but i recommend no one to sign up to planet fitness.</p>
