No care for paying members!

I’m really disappointed with planet fitness as a whole. Their personal trainer Andrea in planet fitness liberty Mall shouted at the front of the gym that I touched her bum I told them to check cameras and that I’m not happy that she discriminated my name in the gym. The regional manager Gavin who said he would investigate this eventually came back saying they have addressed the incident via in house HR procedures and breach protocols with Andrea and hopefully won’t have a repeat.

I never even got an apology Just showed me how much the regional manager of planet fitness actually cares about their members.

Clearly not as he is aware of staff, other personal trainers and a few members all having experienced issues with that personal trainer and he still has her working in the facility.
