No Care Attitude

Please can security be ramped up at the wanderes club. On the 3rd of October 2 laptops were ****** due to signal jamming from the car park during peak time in 2 separate incidents. This has been a major set back & inconvenience. The gym has since done nothing to ensure member safety. I attended the gym to see if there would be any change and yes for 2 days there was however I visited again after 4days and its back to the poor state it was. The exit boom is again not working,the secutiy guard doesn't seem bothered and is not there half of the time. No cameras in the car park, no guards in the car park. Does Planet fitness not care enough about paying members that we need to beg and plead with the club manager to put measures in place? This has happened with planet fitness in the past at other clubs . Does the club not collect enough membership fees on a monthly basis to put in security measures for their members?
