No call back

about 2 months ago i requested Planet fitness to stop debit my account as i am closing it and i am paying the recovery account with SAYA, a gentleman called me and offered a deal to die for. he said he will offer me R99.00 per month for the next 3 months then i will pay 199.00 for a month to month contract from there and he will also settle my debt with SAYA if i agree to stay. and off course i wouldn't refuse this but i didn't want to pay my gym at work and their gym as well, so i asked him to call me back and find out as to how i cancel the 1 at work as it was a 24 month contract that is ending December this year. so he didn't give me a number to call back, so i am still waiting for his call as i have cancelled my membership with my other gym.
