No assistance, feedback and no solution
My new S3 Samsung phone was ****** at Planet fitness castle gate, waterkloof gym. I had went with it to the shower. Because i am on a weightlosd journey. So i wanted to shower, hop on a scale and take a pic of the weight. As i was in the shower a lady pulled my locked locker and took my phone. It was 4 of in the bathroom. Me, step instructor, cleaner and african lady (suspect). I asked for fotage, the manager refused. Because i know who took. So they are protecting the person. I got no feedback. I went to manager, she told me to claim from insurance.

26 Oct 2024, 18:04I have heard the apologies before. Thats all you guys do. Maam we apologise for the incident. However, the description u gave doesnt match the person. Someone from the team will get back to u. No one has gotten back to me. I asked can i please see the footage, provide timelines and narrow it down. The request was declined. This is disheartening. I feel like the perpetrator is protected yet i am also a paying member. Find my phone shows from where to where. Its only a matter of time intervals to see who took my phone. You guys will only allow me to see fotage if i bring a court order. Guys, how much is to get a court order? All i am asking for is for you guys to investigate with your fotage and time when she tagged out to the time she was captured by the last camera at kf/webuycars. When she switched if off. That phone was bought cash 10K by myself as a birthday gift. It was just 3 months old. Your establishment should provide some sense of security. Yes, i know of the front lockers. I always put it in there. Even if you check your cameras to subsantiate my claim. But on this i needed to take picture of the scale as i am on a weightloss journey.
