No air-conditioning for over a month!!!

What was once an excellent gym facility, has turned into a complete disaster. It's been well over a month without the air-conditioning system being operational. Training conditions are now very unpleasant with the high temperature level, not to mention the hazard from a hygiene perspective. We have yet to receive an ETR on the matter. With the gym now closing at 8pm, without us even receiving proper communication on this change, most of us who work later and get to the gym well after 7pm, are limited with training time, thus paying high gym fees without being able to actually make use of the gym facility as we need to.
