I have called in twice to have my debit order changed to 1st, but they continuously debit me on random dates besides the first ! What is going on?.who can help me get this done right

21 Aug 2026, 14:40My debit order date was changed, and a double debit order was agreed on 1 Sept, yet I am not allowed to go to gym even though the doubl debit order brings the account up to date. Please cancel my gym membership immediately. This is a month to month contract. I have been with you for many years and I will rather just cancel and move over to virgin active. Please process my cancelation immediately
