Nightmare!

I have been trying to cancel my gym membership since January. I have tried calling the call centre over 10 times and just get their voice mail, tried phoning the branch which i use to gym at and could not get hold of a single person to help i left my id number with a gentleman in January who promised to help me and till now have not got any response as a result over a R1000 has been taken off my account for gym fees which I've been trying to cancel for months! Such a nightmare dealing with inefficient and uninterested staff!
