Nicolene George doesn’t respond to emails.

When my debit order bounced Nicolene George called me the same day asking me to make payment. Which I did and I asked her to send me the change of account for to update my information. She hasn’t done that. Customer service called me and I resent the POP and requested the same form. I still haven’t received it. But when the debit order bounces they don’t hesitate to call. Yet here I am trying to update my details to avoid the same problem in December. Nxa
