Never use planet fitness they do not have business morals or ethics

<p>My young brother was gyming at planet fitness and he recieved a call concerning his accounts, after relising that he will not be able to afford it any longer he requested that the contract be cancelled as he was taking up school full time, the contract was never cancelled and they requesting of him being a student to pay an amount of over R3000,00 ''claiming its discounted by 50% even though he had requested that the gym mmebership be cancelled. I think the same eager that is used to sign you up should be followed up with when the client is not able to continue using the facilities such that they need to be suspended until a time that the client can pay or settles the difference outstanding before they can start charging for months that the client is not using the gym after having clearly requested for the membership to be cancelled. They are an imbaracment and im so upset having to write this to the world to see what type of service Planet fitness is.</p>
