Never sign up with planet fitness

I have been fighting a unsigned contract .and money going off my account for almost a year now . Never hear back from anyone . All I ever get told it is in HR and they still taking money off the account. This is ***** and they still doing nothing about it . I get told I must please go ahead and open a ***** case . Which I am very much about to do through STDB ... 3 months of fighting when one of there workers is the cause of this ...
