NEVER EVER SIGN WITH PLANET FITNESS.

If I could leave no stars I would. This company is beyond *********. My contract ended in March or April 2020. IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. No one told me I had an active “ contract “ which would bounce to month to month till the money got debited off my account and I had to call them to find out then they expected for me to pay R1500+ of 3 months fees. They have no after care. Their branch manager is always unavailable and their staff is rude and actually laughed at me on the other end of the phone which is so unprofessional and *********. DO NOT EVER SIGN WITH THEM. they are a horrible company and do not care about the people that go there. I mean I’m 21 being threatened by blacklist & my credit score. You have not tried to resolve the issue ya do I probably won’t get an answer as no one seems to give a ***.
