Never coming there again.

I'm so disappointed with the service I received at planet fitness Newtown, last week someone broke into my locker while I was still showering and took my phones and all what I had which roughly worth about 16k. Which I'm over it, but how come is the whole gym have cameras and they all not recording. The whole management was fine about it since I was told the other guy whose a police officer was also a victim previous week.

They took my details and told me they will send me the updated from the center management, but till today nothing.

I'm so disappointed with that branch I will never set my foot there nor refering anyone there it's the worse service that I wouldn't wish even my enemy to experience it.
