Never Change from Virgin Active to Planet Fitness- Its a bad idea, Planet Fitness is a bad customer experience

I have had the most shocking customer experience at the hands of Planet Fitness. Never ever switch from Virgin Active to Planet Fitness. I have not been granted access to any of their gyms, stating my account is blocked, I signed up end of last year. I have had no access to the facilities but currently I am being told my account is in arrears.

How is my account in arrears if I am told my membership is not active? The Springs Mall staff have shocked me completely in their lack of care and general disregard for me as a client.

How do I cancel all of this?
