Never again! Ill give you a rating of 0.0005 out of 10

<p>First of all when you sign a contract with Planet Fitness then you will end up with debt recovery agencies like SAYA. I signed a contract and used the gym 2 months whereby I moved from Pretoria to Middelburg MP and they couldn't supply me with a service as there is NO Planet Fitness local. According to Planet Fitness my only solution was to drive through from Middelburg to Witbank(70km up and down)??????? ***. So I had to pay 10 months for a service I couldn't use. I then stopped going to the gym and played for nothing but after the contract expired they still debited my account and I phoned them whereby they told me I have to give notice. What's the point of signing a year contract but your bond to keep paying? This tells me that your very greedy and only seeking money without service as you setup your contract with fine print and ;NOT EXPLAINING' to your customers that you need to cancel your subscription after your contract expired. From what I can remember it was like--sign here and here and here. I really think that this as lame from a company like you. Ok so after my call with customer care he said he will terminate the contract but I still have to pay 1 month notice. A month went by and I received a call from SAYA RECOVERIES claiming I have to pay planet fitness R459.20 with a reference number. I did the payment with ref number but now again a month later I receive a email from SAYA RECOVERIES that I still owe Planet Fitness R309.84. I payed you almost R6000 for nothing as you can't supply me with a service and I'm still getting harassed by dept consultants?? I feel like a ******** but thank you any way for your pathetic service I received.</p>
