KINDLY HAVE YOUR TEAM BUILD A FILE FOR EACH CASE! I’m tired of being harassed by this company! I’ve had it with explaining the same issue one hundred times! Employ people that have critical thinking as a skill, or train your staff to think. It’s NOW COSTING ME an ARM and a LEG to physically contact your branch in MEADOWDALE regarding this matter. I HAVE NEEVR OPENED/SIGNED A CONTRACT IN MY PERSONAL CAPACITY. I’ve had to pay R398,09 to CANCEL the same contract I’ve never opened. APPLY logic to this issue at hand, HOW DO YOU PROCESS/OPEN/SIGN UP an unemployed STUDENT with no proof of banking details/bank statement/proof of income!? HOW does this even work….. due to your lack of work ethic and negligence in this matter, YOU PEOPLE have sent my details to debt collectors who lack critical thinking as much as you do and are processing ITC listing.
