Neglected safety and bad service

Planet fitness prides itself for having the safest gym yet at planet fitness parkland they almost killed us, making us workout in a place without ventilation or aircon. Everyone was wet not from workout but from heat. To make matters worse was as I requested an extra fan for a bit extra circulation thou the guy was willing to help he told me straight out that this issue is an old issue there had been so many complaints I could just add mine but nothing will be done. This is not only bad service but it is also a health and safety issue people will die of heat stroke.
