Mvelo Calvin is a superstar.

I have had endless problems with planet fitness, accounts, and communication as my contract began as a lie. The sales agent that signed me on **** to me and promised me stuff that planet fitness did not offer, I dealt with many managers and provincial managers that ultimately left… leaving me stranded and to start from scratch again trying to sort my account out. There was also an incident were a lady from accounts put the phone down on me while I was trying to explain my situation to her (Disgusting). Coming from Virgin Active I have never had these issues and was on the verge of cancelling my membership and writing the worst review on all social media platforms, however. Mvelo Calvin, the manager at Planet fitness Centurion Gate helped me with my contract, treated me like a customer supposed to be treated in this situation. I really appreciate what he has done for me and just hope that planet fitness can produce more managers like him. I am now a happy customer after many months, Mvelo Calvin is a superstar.
