***** is the one word that comes to mind. Had a contract with them during a promo of R99 5years ago. Then they deduct R399. Went back to them and they said the girl that signed my contract is on maternity leave and can’t find the contract. I only went there ONCE to go gym. They renewed a contract of a person whose contract was “lost” and during Covid. Now they sent Ladau attorneys on me saying I owe for the past 5 years. The amount is R4181.90 How they calculated it I have no idea. I asked the attorneys to please forward me the copy of the contract and no response. What a nightmare for my 1st gym and for a gym I’ve only used their facilities once!
