A very very poor service in the Witbank branch, especially the front desk assistance people they have a magnitude attitude while remaining unhelpful. Always when i take my daugther to the gym its always a different story to tell last week they couldn't sign her in apparently i didnt sign contract. Funny enough they are the first to debit in my account. I am really tired of going up and down to solve unprofessional issues from the gym side while getting attitude ontop. If this is the case then realise me on that contract so i can also peace of mind and to deal with the attitude from the staff. Poor client services ZERO it doesnt exist.
