Most Pathetic Service Ever!!!

<p>In July last year we signed up to gym at Planet Fitness in Krugersdorp with Echmond. During the application I informed him that we have a medical aid through Liberty and he advised me that we qaulify for Sanlam Reality discount and the memebership will only cost us R99.00pm for the gym if we join Sanlam Reality. Of course we took up the offer. After enquiring with Sanlam Reality we realized that Liberty clients does not qualify for Sanlam Reality. After informing Echmond about this he said that he will have his broker come and see me from Sanlam. After seeing his broker he said to me that we do not qualify and that I must be a Sanlam member. Planet Fitness then defaulted to deduct the standard fee of R599.00 on both me and my wifes account for January, February and March. I have been in contact with their call centre, the club manager at Krugersdorp, I have gone thoriugh to the club to try and get it resolved and sat with Brook to complete all the paperwork. I have provided them with all the necessary documentation to resolve everything yet nothing has been done about this and it has now been going on for so long. I have never ever exeperienced such pathetic service in my life. You must be very carefull when signing up with them as they sell you one thing and then change their story and you must pay. Today I must follow up again to find out what is the status of my account as no one comes back to you. You constantly need to follow up from your side. Today they tell me that they are waiting for something and they cannot tell me what, but needs to refer it to Sanlam reality. It has been a whole month and nothing has been done about this!!!!!!! Most pathetic and nobody in that place takes ownership of any problem or situation.</p>
