MOST PATHETIC PEOPLE/PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN...

We have cancelled our membership last year starting of November 2014, after the call center told me to give my cancellation letter to the branch where I used to gym. After dropping of the letter twice my bank account still gets debited for the fees. I have sent emails, and emails to people at Planet Fitness - received a email stating my accounts been closed, suddenly I receive a phone call threatening me with legal actions and AGAIN my account has been debited (End May 2015). I am sick and tired of sending emails and getting no response from them. Thinks its time I threaten them with legal fees for all the discomfort they cause me and my bank account.<br> I have NEVER seen people so stupid/lazy/pathetic in a workplace - and they want to call them a top gym???? NEVER NEVER NEVER......
