Most frustrating gym membership

We signed contracts with Planet Fitness in 2021. The salespeople are untrained and do not communicate the full contract with the clients. After 3 years, we realized they had never terminated a contract as agreed. The call center is not helpful and the managers are always on lunch. there is no way that you can speak to a higher authority. They cannot resolve issues. This is the most frustrating company that I have ever dealt with.

I wish I could speak to a higher authority than the call center or back office. Watch out they are not truthful to their customers.
