About every single person I know who has had a contract with you has had some type of problem whereby they could do nothing and THEY DID NOT SEE IT COMING! Does that not make you question your own system???<br> <br> This is neither my first time to have a serious billing problem with you. <br> <br> I had a contract which I paid in full cash for one year, then like usual nobody contacted me (by mobile or Email) in the due time to inform or ask me whether I would like to further my contract to the next year, but like always there was fine print concluding that the contract will automatically go on...(after your consultant promised me it wont!)<br> anycase I did not make an issue of it! <br> So for three months it went on until I went and stopped it in the Lynnwood Bridge Branch by Phoning head office receiving my reference number AS PROOF THAT I DID CANCEL THE CONTRACT BUT STILL YOU HAVE TAKEN ANOTHER R324.5 X 4 MONTHS = R1298!!!<br> <br> ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY ITS ABOUT THE PRINCIPLE !!!!!!<br> <br> MY REFERENCE NUMBER: * PF***<br> <br> I WANT MY MONEY PAID BACK IMMEDIATLY OR I WILL TAKE FURTHER STEPS!!!<br> <br> AND I WILL!!
