I opened my contract in Jan 2013 used it for a few months had to relocate and requested for the contract to be cancelled, this couldn't happen seeing as you need to pay a cancellation fee. I made arrangements to pay this fee monthly which happened ever since. Its 2016 now and having paid you ********* over R10,000 (FOR A SERVICE I HARDLY EVER USED) so far you dare send me a legal action notice of R3815 for outstanding fees. Upon contacting your pathetic call center I found out that the contract was never cancelled and went on an auto renewal. I have called enough and sent enough emails. YOU will now sort this out and consider this complaint among the hundreds of others as a total and immediate termination of anything I have to do with Planet Fitness. You will not get another cent out of me. And may I ask you to not get one of your *********** call center agents to contact me.
