Money ****** from my bank account

<p>In 2014 I called them my fees were doubled to R431, I called and asked them to change it back to R199, I was also promised free months, never received and it was never changed. And still want my refund for all these years of over charging. Then I cancelled it this year, they opened an investigation. I havent heard anything from them since July, but every month without having fail I'm still paying R471,20(new premium) I actually stopped using that savings account and now it comes back unpaid.</p> <p>My contract expired years ago and I never renew, instead I have tried to cancel and they are still *****ing my money.</p> <p>I just hope that I'm not on ITC for this.</p> <p> </p>
