Money still deducted after membership was cancelled!!!!!

Can you please sort out this issue!!!!!!

It is now 2 June 2026 and this issue is till now not resolved. Can this be sorted out urgently and the money deducted after the contract was cancelled be refunded!!!!! My son went in a month before his contract expired in person at the Montana branch and still it was not cancelled. They contacted him stating they will come back to him and till now it is not sorted. I want the money to be refunded back!!!!!!
