(In 2019 I signed up for my two children who were in matric at the time. after it became apparent that there was no time to go to the gym, i contacted the manager at the newton branch and explained that the children would not be coming back as they were very busy studying, he has indicated that all was in order. 2020 we were stuck by the pandemic and lock down. 2021 passed and now in 2022 Planet Fitnes has a damn nerve to demand R5000 from each child. I have contact the head office but of course no no can assist, I have tried to make contact with CEO Christopher Rondeau, to no avail, i would like the person who sit at the top of Planet Fitness to contact me and assist me as I will not be paying money for no good reason to anyone. and I will not have the childrens names tarnish by Credit Bureaus.
