Money Hungry, Poor Subscription Model, No Care or Thought for Customers

Whenever I have subscribed to a month to month service, generally speaking if you are unable to pay the subscription or haven't paid for a certain amount of time, the subscription is either terminated or suspended until a payment is made. But no, Planet Fitness has keep billing me for just over a year after and sent a debt collector after me to collect these fees even when not making use of the subscription whatsoever.

I have told this debt collector that I was put on debt review, my bank accounts were closed, and I now have a child that I need to support and pay maintenance too. But yet, I keep getting billed and charged more and more. I cannot make a payment, all of my money goes towards debt, maintenance for my child and trying to survive.
