Money hungry, pathetic service, do not join!

I have been trying to get them to contact me regarding my contract cancellation as I would like to finalize the process quick and efficiently.

I have sent emails as well as a letter to their head office with notice periods as to my contract cancellation without any response from their side.

I would like to be in touch with a senior staff member asap, as I will not continue paying beyond my notice period.
