Money hungry Gym

Planet fitness I have had the worst experience with you! Your call center can clearly not handle the amount of calls you receive! I have been trying to get a hold of pf since December to cancel my contract... to which I was told I need to call at the beginning of the month and it was too late etc. Do you think I have nothing else to do but call planet fitness? I finally got had to go into a store for them to assist me with cancelling and after cancelling, I was still debited... I reversed the payment and received a call almost immediately about my 'unpaid' amount. I wish your customer service was as good as your debt collecting. I explained my situation to the guy, he seemed to understand and said he would get a manager to call me. I never heard from planet fitness again until a few days ago when I received a message from Landau attorneys?!?! This is absurd planet fitness!
