in 2019 i cancelled the membership with planet fitness, two or three years later planet fitness is calling and demanding payment, they are not willing to help but all they want is money and is pushing the amount every so often. One of the children is deceased and they dont care all they want is money. I would like to take it up with the ombuds as well.
