Modern Day ******* and Pathetic *****

I am utterly disgusted at this point in time, I have been a faithful member of Just Gym in Sterland Arcadia since March 2017, I have bought in 2 members who are currently working out at that gym in hope that I will get 2 free months as per their promotion and at first I thought I should let it go, the first person I brought, they told me to bring in documents in order to get my 1 month free but to my surprise I was charged for the very same "free month", 2nd person I brought in sometime earlier this year for the same promotion and still I am still being charged yet again the people I brought it are working out at the gym, is it not a **************** that 1 has to go through such or is it that Planet Fitness has turned into a ***** circus! I need to now be compensated for the 2 months for the 2 people I brought in or they can cancel my membership for free
