Mistreated badly and defemation of character

Hello Peter . I am writing to complain about Planet Fitnes Menlyn - Pretoria ,I was ill treated by the HR manager called Ryno Strydom . He first harassed me to make an appointment with him ,Of which it irittated me initially cause my thoughts were I signed for gym not to be harassed for meetings, I however agreed and told myself that let me hear what he had to say. I met up with him, he told me that he arranged the meeting because he wants to talk to me about the fact that I sweat a lot when exercising , which makes me have a bad smell (bad hygiene), I responded by saying that this is gym so obviously one is going to sweat ,so what were his suggestions ,he did not give me and suggestion he said he had none. Then after our meeting sent him an email and I asked who made a complaint and requested a breakdown of the gym facilitators that made a complain. He sent it to me which consist of 8 white males only and 4 white female only all facilitators at planet fitness Menlyn.

Two weeks later he sent me another email to meet I declined it and told him I am busy he can contact me by a phone call or email . He did not respond to that. The next thing he blocked my membership access to gym , I then made an appointment with him right away for next Saturday with the gym staff ,I further tryed calling him he never responded and I was told he was on holiday for two weeks . In the meanwhile my gym access was blocked yet the monthly membership was payed . I then sent a member ship cancellation message of which they still hasn't responded to , and I gave all my reasons for cancellation .I complained at planet fitness via telephone and twitter ,None of them responded. This act I truly believe it has to do with my race , They are ****** at planet fitness MENLY .
