Miss leading clients

We wanted to join a gym so we went to planet fitness in bellville, and did our query. The one thing that we asked for all 3 days that we were there, was if its ok for my 2 sons age 5 and age 10 to come with us to gym as i dont have a babysitter. And they assured us all 3 days that it is fine for my boys to come to the gym with us. So then we signed up for gym me and my hubby for the black tag, so for 3 weeks we were at the gym and there was other parent's with there children there. After 3 weeks the manager Deon tells us that there is no children aloud, so now i have been trying to deal with head office for 2 months been phoning being put on hold for 13 min, getting the phone put down on me. I wanted to cancell my contact because they broke the law buy missleading clients, to join there club and now that they have the contract u still have to pay cancellation fee. Thats a bit tooooo much i will be exposing them to ever thing i can, and according to the consumer act its not legal to do this to clients, because they need clients and to make sales they will tell u any lie to sign up.
