MISREPRESENTED

Hi,i'm terribly dissapointed at the Randfontein PLANET FITNESS BRANCH, ONE OF THEIR SALES CONSULTANT ****D MY SIGNATURE SAYING I SIGNED UP FOR A 24MONTHS CONTRACT AND I DIDN'T I SEND all the necessary document and signature as the signature on the contract is not mine, the paid tag was falsly said to be paid by me; this is a nightmare as the client services is not pulling their weight in resolving this matter, DEBIT ORDERS ARE RUNNING ON MY ACCOUNT; how can i sign up for a membership and not have a tag or signing in to gym not even a guide was given check your CCTV FOOTAGE and get this matter resolved.
