Misrepresentation By Planet Fitness

<p>I must say that I am very disappointed in the service that I was given at Planet Fitness. I joined the gym last year November 2016 on black friday. Bare in mind i joined during their promtion deal where I was required to pay an amount of R100 for three months. Since this was on black friday i was out shopping, had no ID document with me so I wasnt able to sign the contract that they had for me. Instead i filled in a page that they with mya basic details. Remember i stated that i never signed a contract which required a signiture and initialing of every page.Fast Forward to March 2017 I want to exit Planet Fitness and i am told that i cant because i am under the 24 months contract somy cancellation fee is R6900 that i need to pay. I was so angry because i dont remember signing a contract and a 24 months contract to add to that. I am an unemployed graduate who does not that have that amount, who actually has R0 balance on their bank account.I asked to see the contract that i supposedly signed and i was given nothing and was continously told that i am under the 24 months contract. Planet Fitness is a ******* that is greedy for money, I refuse to be black listed because of them.</p>
