Misrepresentation and horrible customer service - Menlyn

I have been a victim of horrible service ever since I joined planet fitness. I joined planet fitness December 2019 in Menlyn..When I wanted to cancel my membership after the intial lockdown, the receptionist made me aware that I was on the regional membership (Gauteng North) and I could access Gauteng gyms.. I had a long traumatizing, bad experience before I was allowed access to the Olympus gym...... At the end everything was solved and my membership was updated to regional (as I was told)

This morning I went to the gym and I was told that my membership is not regional..(I can't access the facility anymore) Do I have to always go through all these embarrassment, victimization and traumatic experience.. I am on the regional membership and yet I cannot access Olympus gym anymore
