Sold by misrepresentation. Now I sit with a gym membership costing R600 pm n policy of R300 pm in the second year. Do not fall for planet fitness and sanlam reality especially with their unreasonable escalations as a result of inflation.

Nonetheless, you can't use the gym, its packed and you end up staying for two hours between 6 and 9 at night. Standing in a que and of you escelate a complaint for assistance where some one is using the equipment selfishly or with the intent tonuse it the whole night, nothing. Then its also extremely dirty as people dont use towels, there is no sanitisation stations. The equiptment is not reracked, its a injury hazzard for its members. No staff around doing what they should. Most of the cardio machines are broken for months. Fittings to cable machines are missing. For the amount we pay and the ****ty equiptment they can at least maintain the gyms.
