Misleading to Join

I joined the gym a year before last on the 31/12/2014 , I was told that my contract will increase after two which is 2017 ,to my surprise January 2016 there was an increase. I feel that I was mislead to join because of the monthly fee.I contacted the call centre I was advised that the contract has the CPI. I will take this further to the TCF committee as I face unreasonable post-sale barriers and I wasn't provided with clear information during the sale.
