Misleading Kick Start REWARD at Planet Fitness Brakpan

Planet Fitness gave a Kick-start award card for new members. One of the 3 options to choose from is 16 WORKOUTS for a Planet Fitness Gym bag. On the side you see terms and conditions printed clearly, which did not state 16 WORKOUTS, Only one per day will count... I went twice a day. Stood in a que and got my card signed for each workout. Now that it is time for the reward I have to find out it is not just 16 workouts but also 16 different days. I am very disappointed. I spoke to the manager, he said I am wrong but they will give me the bag anyways. I don't even want the bag anymore. I want to cancel this membership because this is not how I want to be treated at any gym. The manager will only cancel my contract if I agree to pay for the year. In my 10 YEARS at VIRGIN ACTIVE I have never been treated this BADLY. EVER....!!!
