Misleading information from planet fitness and their staff

One of their employees approach me with Gym membership very clueless about his work and I instead on talking to him on whatapp so I can have proof . Guy mislead me to believe I can cancel contact in 6 month and I won't have to pay any fees and now that I Wana cancel I was told contract is 24 month and have pay cancelation fees. I reported matter with call center and lady from Gym contacted me and never gave me feed back about outcome and only their Saya recoveries told me to pay money after I have given them proof of their employee misleading communication. Whenever I need feedback she will just bluetick tick me on whatapp.
