Misleading and untrained consultant

<p>When I joined Planet Fitness in Centurion a year ago I was informed by Khuli, their membership consultant that I need to visit the gym 4 times per m onth for the first 3 months thereafter the visits are not monitored. I missed the 4 times in October and found my bank debited with R799 instead of the R195!! Khuli admitted to the mistake however NOBODY at Planet Fitness wants to speak to me, not the manager at Centurion, not their online complaints dept nobody, they are shocking. I want my money back!!</p>
