Misleading and unacceptable practice.

Not a gym you want to sign up with there's always no hot water, the steam room never works and and almost 50% of the treadmills are not working, and then if you want to cancel your membership this will become hell as what was negotiated when signing up is not the same. Planet fitness sent out an email in August 2023 to its staff but not to it customers with the changes in the contract the affects everyone even if you signed up before August 2023.This is misleading and unacceptable practice.
