Misleading and Malicious Theft.

<p>My company had a gym and it closed down because we were relocating in the following 12 months. The company approched Planet fitness to come present their 12 month contract offering for us to continue exercising before we moved. I signed up with planet fitness and when I went to the gym for the first time the same gym rep that signed me up advised me it would be cheaper if i paid for 12 in advance which I agreed, signed and paid. Fast 12 month later it turn out the second document was binding me it a 24 month contract. Planet fitness are in possession of both contract but they choose to stick to the one I was mislead by their represetative. I have called their call center a hundred times explaining the same thing and send them prove of what they offered our company over and over. If you are reading this stay away from Planet Fitness they will mislead you deliberately.</p>
