Misleading adverti*****t and Rude staff members

I saw Planet fitness advert about their special, which is R199 a month.And they also have a free week trial.So I enquired on their website about it.After a day, Clever, called me and my partner,to come and see him.We told him we want to try their week trial before we sign any contract.When we met him he asked me if I have an Edgars account I gave him my card he said he want to check something,he went to another office and came back and told us the reason he asked for my card was to check if I'm a member of Edgars VIP Club.And he said I'm not of which is not the truth.i told him I am. and he said his system differs.any way the only give a free week trial to Edgars VIP Club members.He started to explain their contract and their fees,And what they advertised it's actually not Planet fitness special it's Sales Manager Special.Though we we're mislead my partner and I decided to join and He promised to give us Gym bags and 1 free session with Personal trainer.After signing the sales Manager(Clever) told us we are not getting the bags will only get them after 16 sessions which should be in 8 weeks.We argued with them about.That and the manager came but didn't even care.We cancelled on sp
